- Up between 3:40am and 4:30am
- Coffee & Oatmeal
- Gym at 5am
- Home, showered/shaved 6:15am
- Working by 7am (before)
- Lunch sometime between 11 & 1 – NOT at my desk
- 30 minute nap (sometimes)
- End official work between 2pm & 4pm
- Play with dog, play guitar
- Ready for bed
- Bed between 7:30pm & 9:00pm
