Theoretic Schedule

  • Up between 3:40am and 4:30am
  • Coffee & Oatmeal
  • Gym at 5am
  • Home, showered/shaved 6:15am
  • Working by 7am (before)
  • Lunch sometime between 11 & 1 – NOT at my desk
  • 30 minute nap (sometimes)
  • End official work between 2pm & 4pm
  • Play with dog, play guitar
  • Ready for bed
  • Bed between 7:30pm & 9:00pm
